NSFAS Student Accommodation in Cape Town

Bellville is the hub of MSH's Cape Town portfolio, with our largest group of residences close to CPUT's Bellville Campus. Students at UWC benefit from properties in Bellville and Parow, most of which are served by the Golden Arrow bus network and the MyCiTi bus rapid transit system. Sharing and single room options are available, and our Cape Town residences are NSFAS-accredited.

Parow properties serve students at NorthLink College (Bellville, Parow and Tygervalley campuses) as well as CPUT and UWC. The area offers affordable accommodation with straightforward commutes into the northern suburbs. MSH properties in Parow include self-catering apartment-style units with private bathrooms, making them well suited to students who prefer independent living.

For students attending CPUT D6 Campus in the Cape Town CBD, or Boston City Campus and Rosebank College, MSH operates properties in Woodstock, Maitland, and Athlone. Students at UCT and CPUT Mowbray are served by MSH residences in Rondebosch, one of the most sought-after student suburbs in the city.

All NSFAS students are accepted where properties are accredited. Rent includes WiFi, water, electricity, and access to communal study areas, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Security is 24-hour or controlled-access at all properties. Students should apply early — Cape Town properties fill up by October for the following academic year.
