Situated in Westdene in Bloemfontein. 1km, walking distance to CUT, Rosebank, Motheo TVET College and many others. The building consists of single and sharing rooms.
NSFAS accredited and we structure our leases in such a way as to accommodate NSFAS students as well as private students.
A residence manager is available to ensure that all our students are integrated into their new home.
Included in the rent are laundry facilities, internet, and water. Prepaid meters are available in apartments that students top up themselves.
We have all the basics covered:
- Fast WIFI.
- All essential furniture (beds, study desks, chairs etc), just bring your own bedding.
- The kitchen has all the basics like fridges, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Just bring your own cutlery, crockery and pots
