An onsite house parent is available to ensure that all our students are integrated into their new home.
Close to all transport routes and university shuttles to UCT main campus and CPUT D6.
NSFAS accredited and we structure our leases in such a way as to accommodate NSFAS students as well as private students.
Included in the rent: laundry facilities, internet, water, electricity in common areas.
We have all the basics covered:
