Aden Res has 22 sharing apartments with 2 to 5 students sharing an apartment. Each apartment has it’s own bathroom and kitchen. A study and chill area is provided on the ground floor for all students to use.
It is within 1km from Cape College and 5kms from UCT and CPUT Mowbray campus.
We accept CPUT NSFAS students, UCT and Cape College we can only accommodate private students. We have a building manager living onsite.
We provide top-class internet, included in the rent. Water is also included in the rent and electricity is on prepaid meters per apartment.
We have all the basics covered:
- Fast WIFI.
- All essential furniture (beds, study desks, chairs etc), just bring your own bedding.
- The kitchen has all the basics like fridges, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Just bring your own cutlery, crockery and pots
